Request help for a managed business service
Describe the affected service, business impact, and the outcome you need.
Start with the affected service
Use New request at support.bluegrasscloud.com for a business service covered by your engagement. Include your business name, the website or system involved, and a contact who can answer follow-up questions. The portal selects Bluegrass Cloud for customer requests on this hostname.
Make the request actionable
- Describe what happened and what you expected instead.
- Record when the issue began, including the time zone.
- Explain who is affected and whether work can continue.
- List relevant recent changes and checks already completed.
- Attach a redacted screenshot or error excerpt when helpful.
For a routine change, describe the desired result and deadline rather than marking it as an outage. For an interruption, make the current impact clear.
Set expectations
Support scope, availability, and response commitments come from your service agreement. Submitting a ticket begins the support conversation; it does not automatically authorize unrelated changes or expand that scope. The team will clarify any additional work that needs approval.
Keep the conversation together
Open My tickets to respond to questions or provide updates. Add new evidence to the original request instead of opening duplicate tickets. Use a separate ticket for an unrelated issue so each request can be assigned, prioritized, and resolved clearly. Never include passwords or access keys in the conversation.
Include this guide and what you tried in your ticket so we can pick up from there.
