Access your support account or reset its password

Use the correct account and keep password-setup links private.

Use your support credentials

Sign in at support.bluegrasscloud.com with the support email or username and password assigned to you. Your Microsoft 365 password, website administrator password, or Cloud Markup application password is not automatically your support password. If you followed a request link, use the account that owns that ticket. A ticket number or shared URL alone does not grant access.

Reset your password

  1. Choose the password-reset option on the support sign-in page.
  2. Enter the email associated with your support account.
  3. When account emails are available, check your inbox and junk folder for the setup message.
  4. Open the private link and choose a unique password.
  5. Return to the portal and sign in with the new password.

If the portal says account emails are being configured, contact your existing support representative. Repeated reset attempts will not enable an unavailable mail connection.

Protect the setup link

A password-setup link is private access information. Do not forward it, paste it into a ticket, or include it in a screenshot. If a link has expired or was already used, request another through the supported process.

Request an account correction

Tell the team which email should be associated with your requests. Account changes may require identity or organizational approval. Do not create several accounts as a workaround for a ticket you cannot see.
