Get started with your support dashboard
Find your requests, read updates, and contact the right support team.
Sign in to your support account
Open support.bluegrasscloud.com and use the support account provided for you. This account is separate from Microsoft 365, your website login, and any Cloud Markup application account. If you do not yet have access, use the account-creation option when available or contact your existing support representative.
Find your way around
Overview summarizes open requests, requests waiting for your reply, and resolved requests. My tickets contains the conversations your account is allowed to access. New request starts another issue, and My account shows the identity associated with your support access.
Start and follow a request
- Choose New request and write a specific subject.
- Describe the service, symptoms, and business impact.
- Choose an appropriate priority and add safe supporting files.
- Submit once and confirm that a ticket was created.
- Return to the conversation for follow-up questions and updates.
Your customer account sees your own requests. Being employed by the same business as another requester does not automatically grant access to their tickets.
Use the correct help center
Bluegrass Cloud business services belong here. For Cloud Markup application questions, use support.cloudmarkup.com. The support team works across both products, while each portal keeps its customer articles and dashboard focused on that service. You can use the same support credentials on either hostname.
Include this guide and what you tried in your ticket so we can pick up from there.
